Conversion to European Company (SE) completed

Dear Business Partners,

The Board of InTiCa Systems hereby informs you that with the entry in the Commercial Register on March 10, 2023, the conversion of InTiCa Systems AG, which is listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISIN DE0005874846), into the legal form of a European Company (SE) under the name InTiCa Systems SE has been completed and is thus formally effective.

By using this modern, European legal form we aim to reflect our positioning as a forward-looking and increasingly internationally oriented medium-sized technology group.

The Annual General Meeting had decided on the conversion on July 15, 2022 after the Executive Board and Supervisory Board presented a corresponding resolution proposal. The previous dualistic management structure of our Company with the Executive Board as the management body and the Supervisory Board as the supervisory body as well as the responsibilities and composition of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board remain unaffected by the new structure. The registered office of our Company remains unchanged in Passau, Germany.

The new legal form has no impact on shareholders, contractual partners, customers, employees or the Company's corporate governance. The listing of the share on the previous stock exchanges will remain in place and trading will continue seamlessly. Only the company suffix and the HRB number in the commercial register at Passau Local Court have changed.

In this context, we would like to ask you to update the company data deposited with you to our new legal form.
